The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport hotel is a 4-star hotel minutes from San Francisco International Airport. The hotel features a large spacious lobby and atrium that can be sectioned for an Indian wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony, serve lunch in the poolside Pavilion. Or host your sangeet there, followed by the ceremony and the reception in the Grand Ballroom with a 20.6ft. ceiling.

In the photos, you’ll see the atrium where the ceremony can take place as well as an example of a ceremony in the ballroom instead of the atrium. You’ll also see photos of a ceremony setup with the hotel’s standard banquet chairs and another with gold chiavari chairs.

The ceremony and reception packages come with the hotel’s standard banquet chairs. You are welcome to rent other chairs if you wish.

The Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport is happy to work with you on a ceremony time. Note that as this venue features all indoor space and many ceremonies take place in the hotel atrium, early morning and late night ceremonies may not be feasible due to city ordinances and noise considerations.

The Hyatt Regency on allows you to hire an outside caterer. And they even allow outside caterers kitchen access.
