The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale is happy to work with you on a ceremony time. They may not be able to accommodate early morning and late night ceremonies due to noise considerations.

Hindu Dietary Requirements

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale allows you to hire an outside caterer. With regards to dietary restrictions, work directly with your caterer to prepare menus per your dietary requirements and the setup at the venue. Often there will be a separate buffet or section of the buffet for vegetarian, Swaminarayan etc. food.

They do their best to accommodate muhurats. It may not be possible to accommodate early morning or late night celebrations with a baraat due to noise control, labor union policies, and city ordinances.

Jain Dietary Requirements

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa allows you to hire an outside caterer and even allows caterers to use their kitchen.

If you prefer a traditional setting for your Anand Karaj, you could get married at a Gurdwara. There are two Gurdwaras in Phoenix. The Arizona Gurdwara and the Guru Nanak Dwara. Both are approximately 16 miles west and south of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale. You could get married at the Gurdwara followed by the reception at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale
