Ceremony Venues

Select an indoor or outdoor ceremony. The Magnolia Terrace is a covered outdoor space that is connected to the Magnolia Ballroom and seats approximately 200 guests. The Willow Ballroom Terrace is an uncovered space that is connected to the Willow Ballroom and seats approximately 100 guests. If you’d like to have your ceremony outdoors there is a $500 ++ ceremony fee + $7.50++ person, plus the rental fee for the ballroom that you choose.

You may like to have an outdoor ceremony, followed by lunch in the adjoining ballroom.

Wedding Ceremony Fee: $500 ++, plus $7.50++ per person
Cocktail Hour + Reception Fee: $40 ++ per person (buffet functions)
Outside Caterer Fee: $1000 ++
Ceremony Fire Watch Fee: $1000++
Server Fees: $150 + tax per server per every 5 hours. 1 server for every 30 guests for buffet functions)
Bartender Fees: $150 + tax per bartender. I bartender for every 100 guests.

The current service charge rate is $23%, current tax rate is 6%, alcohol tax 9%.

Wedding Ceremony Pricing includes:

  • 1 hour ceremony space
  • 2 hours for decor setup
  • Hotel’s standard banquet chairs (no covers)
  • $2/chair fee, to setup/tear down chairs from outside vendor
  • Stage
  • Linens for stage, gift table, DJ and ceremony tables
  • 1 mic
  • Choice of theater or Chevron theater seating
  • Infused water station

Venue Reception Pricing includes:

  • Round banquet tables up to 10 guests each
  • Banquet chairs (no covers/sashes)
  • China, flatware, glassware
  • Black or white floor length linens and napkins
  • Dance floor (wood parquet)
  • High top tables for cocktail hour with 1 votive each
  • Up to 8 chafing dishes (no sternos)
  • DJ, cake, gift, and place card tables with floor length linen
  • Sweetheart table for the couple or head table for the Party of Honor
  • Coffee, tea, soft drinks during dinner service
  • Hospitality room (2 hours prior and throughout event)

Bar and Beverage Fees. All alcohol and beverages must be provided by the venue. Water, coffee, tea and soft drinks are included during dinner service. Bar and beverages throughout the remainder of the event(s) are available for additional fees.

Lunch after the ceremony. If you plan to serve lunch after the ceremony, additional venue rental fees will apply for additional venue time, as well as additional for servers and staff.
